Vision of Hope
In the fall of 2006, LensMasters formed a program called "Vision of Hope", to help students in grades K-6th who needed glasses but who otherwise could not afford them. This program has been taking place during Hope Week each year. Hope Week is celebrated the last week of September in Jonesboro and coordiated by NEA Baptist Foundation.
LensMasters works with area school coordinators to identify children who were in need...and spread the message of Hope through Vision. Through our efforts, we have been able to distribute eyeglasses to children who could not see and were not able to afford prescription eyewear.
LensMasters, through it's Vision of Hope program, has continued this effort annually and continues to help the children of Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri. To date, in just five years, we have been able to give back to the community just under $15,000.00 in prescription eyewear at no cost. For more information on this program contact your local school coordinator or email h.acebo@rxlensmasters.com
